2. Production Method of 90%W Tungsten Copper Alloy Sheet For Resistance Welding Electrode :
(1) Hot forging + cold forging treatment method; this method applies pressure to the tungsten-copper alloy billet using a forging machine, and the processing temperature is higher than the recrystallization temperature of copper to cause plastic deformation to obtain high-density alloy materials, and then according to product requirements. After forging at room temperature, the required specification materials are obtained.
(2) Hot pressing + re-pressing finishing treatment method; this method applies unidirectional pressure while sintering the tungsten-copper alloy to obtain an alloy with a relatively high density, and then re-presses the sintered alloy material to achieve the required size.
(3) Hot rolling + re-pressing finishing treatment method; this method improves the density of the alloy by rolling the tungsten-copper sintered alloy on a hot rolling mill when the recrystallization temperature is higher than the copper, and then adjusts the alloy according to the required size.
